Make an event promo: script, scenes, narration and captions
Plan a short announcement around verified event details, a small shot list and a controlled final edit.

A useful event announcement gives the viewer a reason to attend and a clear next step. Write that message before choosing visual effects. An evening can be a planning constraint, but it is not a guaranteed production time: sources, queues, rejected attempts and editing all affect delivery.
Write a short announcement
Confirm the event name, date, location, booking route and one reason to attend. Separate facts from the atmosphere you want to create. Generated scenes should not imply that fictional speakers, crowds or venues are real event footage.
Divide a brief promo into an opening, the main benefit, a supporting visual and the final action. Four scenes can be a practical starting structure for a short announcement; remove any scene that repeats the message.
Prepare a coherent set of scenes
Use a consistent colour palette and source style. When the venue or product must be exact, begin with permitted real material. Generate only the scenes that add something useful and can be reviewed honestly.
Describe one action per shot, with compatible framing and movement. Keep dates and ticket prices outside generated imagery so that corrections do not require recreating a whole clip.
Add narration and readable captions
Read the script aloud before generating speech. Check proper names, dates and pauses using a short excerpt, then review the full recording. Music should support the narration without obscuring it.
Add captions and event details in the editor. Check line length, contrast and safe margins on a phone. A viewer should be able to understand the offer with sound muted.
Review the exported announcement
Check the factual details against the event source, then watch the complete export on its intended screen. Confirm that the final action is visible long enough to read and that the booking link works where it is published.
Budget for source preparation, accepted and rejected attempts, speech, music and editing. A smaller set of clear scenes is more useful than a visually busy announcement that hides the essential details.
