How to turn a photograph into AI video
Prepare a clear source, describe compatible movement and review changes to the face, product and background throughout the clip.

To animate a photograph, choose a supported image-to-video mode, upload a clear source and describe the movement. The result consists of newly generated frames, so check what changes rather than assuming the original appearance stays exact.
Choose a photograph that supports the action
Keep the main subject sharp and visible. A small face in a busy background is a weak source for an expressive close-up; a cropped body may not contain the information needed for a wide movement.
Match the intended output format before generation where possible. If a vertical image must become a wide shot, the new areas may need to be invented. Decide whether that is appropriate for the project.
Ask for movement rather than another still image
State what moves and at what pace. Separate subject movement from the camera: a person turning is not the same task as a camera orbiting a stationary person. Start with one simple change.
Keep the description compatible with what is visible in the source. Large turns, occlusion and complex hand actions are harder to assess than a restrained movement.
A slow camera push-in toward the original ceramic vase. The flowers move gently in a light breeze. Keep the composition readable, one continuous shot, no new objects or cuts.
Select a compatible model and review the quote
Compare the current modes offered by Kling, Seedance or Wan in Most AI. Check the selected model, input rules, duration, resolution and sound before submitting. A vendor feature list is not the specification of every studio integration.
If the goal is to copy a particular character performance, use a Motion Control workflow with compatible sources instead of expecting a text description alone to reproduce it.
Inspect the beginning, middle and end
Look for identity changes, bent product geometry, unstable edges and invented details. Listen to the soundtrack if it is part of the deliverable. Do not accept a clip only because its opening matches the photograph.
Reduce the motion or improve the source when it exposes missing information. Keep a strong short shot rather than extending a source that cannot support the intended action.
Choose a relevant model
Use the current model and settings in the studio. The total cost of a usable result includes attempts, source preparation and any finishing edits.
